Equipment recommended: something to hold for balance/support, mat/towel if you want something comfy for core work, light weights or canned goods for arms. You'll see Taryn using some bands, which you can certainly do too, but they're 100% optional! I didn't use any and it was still challenging (hi, this is Lauren!). You can also do all the work without any equipment!
